KAPPA PHI EPSILON HOUSE CAMPAIGN

Raising funds to secure long-term Christian brotherhood at the University of Florida.

For 10 years, we rented from a local housing company and leased out the individual rooms to college-aged Christian men. All told, we housed over 400 young men, who came from all walks of life yet were all united under our Savior, Jesus Christ. However, that situation was unsustainable due to the constant increases in rent and the looming possibility of the owners selling the house out from under us at any time.

Now, we are beginning a new chapter. Our organization purchased a nearly 10,000 sq ft residence located just off of University Avenue. The outlook for our young men to be able to continue experiencing daily fellowship, spiritual and personal growth, and accountability has never been brighter. Still, the mission remains unfinished and only proves to become more complicated from here.

Simply put: We cannot achieve success without help. The new property needs refurbishment but, more importantly, expansion to better accommodate the size of our growing body of Christian young men. Donations to this cause will help us (1) reshape the living spaces to better serve our young men, (2) expand the residence for more bedrooms, and (3) ensure Christian life gains a permanent foothold at the University of Florida.

OUR PURPOSE

The mission of Kappa Phi Epsilon is to provide Christ-centered brotherhood for college men; we exist on campus to be a social fraternity that loves Jesus and glorifies Him.

“Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. A threefold cord is not quickly broken.” - Ecclesiastes 4:12
